Questions About Westlake Luxe Recovery
What is the scope of your recovery support?
We provide private, personalized, non-medical postoperative support in your home or hotel. This includes help with comfort positioning, light household details arranged in advance, simple nourishment and everyday support that fits your surgeon's instructions.
Is this a medical or skilled nursing service?
Westlake Luxe Recovery is RN-owned and non-medical. The service is focused on recovery support and does not include skilled nursing, clinical assessment, diagnosis or treatment.
What happens during the initial consultation?
Your consultation is a private planning conversation. We review your home or hotel setup, stairs or recliner, lighting, music or TV, quiet or conversation, scents, simple comforts, favorite foods and beverages, family updates and daily household needs so your support can be tailored to you.
Do you assist with garment planning?
Yes. We help you think through what you already have or have been instructed to use, such as accessible robes or front-opening clothing, non-slip footwear and surgeon-directed garments. We do not select or purchase clothing for you.
How do you approach nourishment and hydration?
We talk through your general food and beverage preferences and your surgeon's instructions. Suggestions focus on simple options that make protein, fiber and hydration easier to keep in mind. We do not prescribe diets or provide medical nutrition therapy.
Can support be provided in a hotel?
Yes. Support can be provided in your home or hotel, planned around the same preferences and daily needs.
What is the service area?
We serve Westlake Village, Calabasas, Agoura Hills, Thousand Oaks, Oak Park and surrounding Conejo Valley communities.
When should I reserve my recovery support?
We recommend reserving your recovery support as early as possible once your surgery date is confirmed so we can plan around your needs and schedule.
